Down stairs has a large bathroom with a shower only and laundry area. There is a single garage as well as a carport to park the boat.
After spending the morning doing one of the many activities that Tathra has on offer, you can spend lazy afternoons barbecuing on the large deck which is set up with an outdoor table and chairs and comfy sun lounges. This is a home that offers entertaining with a relaxing feel. This special home is 2 minutes from the sandy beaches and the quaint shops of this small friendly town.
