The Lookout is set just above Tathra Beach and with views across to the famous Tathra Wharf, its a perfect location and outlook bathed in sunlight.
The house is on 4 split levels, this purpose built robust beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps up to 10 guests. It has a lock up garage, 2 off street car parks and plenty of street parking. WiFi and Netflix included.
Bedroom 1 - King bed (or 2 king singles), share balcony. Bedroom 2 - Double bed and king single bed, shared balcony. Bedroom 3 - Double bed, Bedroom 4 - Duo bunk (double on the bottom and single on top) and double bed. Bedroom 4 also has a TV wih DVD player, board games, puzzles and bean bags make a fun kids retreat.
The Kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and Espresso coffee machine. Table seating for 10 with a casual lounge area opening onto the entrance porch.
Upstairs Lounge Room - Top Level, has plenty of relaxed seating with a small library for holiday reading.
The lounge has a flat screen TV and netflix.
The Outdoor entertaining area is located on the beach side of the house. Partly covered with outdoor dining setting for 10, sun lounges and a gas BBQ. A drinks fridge is located nearby.
Enormous private backyard that backs onto Reserve behind.
Outside shower for when you return from one of our beautiful beaches or rivers.
With bike & bush tracks, golf, parks, beaches, lagoons, surfing, swimming, fishing and boating all nearby there is certainly something for everyone.
Linen, bath & beach towels available on request at extra cost
NOTE: The property is not fenced and the internal stairs are not ideal for toddlers.
